Re: Exetel Mobile Broadband and incoming calls/sms

Hi Angelos,

So when you say blocked can you confirm that means incoming calls/sms as well?

James posted that MOIP is still available for iphone? viewtopic.php?f=303&t=13184&start=540#p307506

Exetel Mobile Broadband and incoming calls/sms

Hi Exetel, I am looking at the Exetel Residential 3G Mobile Broadband Services http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-pricing.php#standard and see that outbound calls/sms are blocked from these servers, though are you still able to receive incoming calls and sms's if you use this sim in a mobile ...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

Mobile Broadband on a Mobile Phone Heading Point 3 on page http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-faq.php with the link to http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-moip-overview.php. Not sure if you are still offering MOIP or not but this page has content to a third part site that is broken.

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors

I don't believe you are offering the MOIP Applications any more but still can get to these pages.

via the Manage Services > SMS Over Wireless Broadband links.

Re: "Shaped Plan Option

Hi Forum admin,
There appears to be a typo in the page https://www.exetel.com.au/members/accou ... ink=link01. The section "12 midnight to 12 noon: I don't want to be charged when I reach my peak" should be Off-Peak.

MJH

The VOIP Order page https://www.exetel.com.au/members/voip_ ... ink=link08 need to be updated to change the Monthly Minimum Charge and Included Calls in Minimum Charge from $5.00 to $0 inline with the recent plan changes.

That all sounds good with the exception of 4. I would prefer an option to immediate lift the shaping and to pay for excess downloads at full speed during a month and not only as a change for the following month. That's too hard. What about changing between shaped and not shaped for the next day as ...

Is this still continuing? Because it may have just been a temporary thing, especially if no other web pages are being affected and if you are trying between midnight and 3am when Exetel network (and possibly even the wider Australian network) is congested. What is the traceroute to ozspeedtest.com?...
