the elephant in the room that is being stepped around here, is that the netcomm modem has been deliberately scaled back to prevent higher
possible speeds and there is this denial going on.
it’s a piece a crap!!!
i’m tired of contacting exetel support
and hearing excuses

i have the latest firmware
exetel assisted me with the upgrade
made no difference
i haven’t known anyone to get consistently above
5mbps

Hi I am also having the same issue and discovered after purchasing the plan that speeds are very slow 0-4.5 mbps, and drop outs are regular It would seem that speeds are regulated back on the Netcomm modem compared to the sim on my phone which achieves speeds often 20 times faster than the wireless ...
