Re: Unbundling
Thanks Bellag
What about this bit: "And to the billing of the ADSL ?" If the home phone part is 'unbundled' and moved elsewhere, what happens to the billing of the remaining ADSL service ?

Unbundling
I currently have Exetel ADSL (via AAPT) plus home phone (presumably via Telstra). I am exploring the transfer of all services to TPG (ADSL + Home Phone bundle). They apparently cannot accommodate this move because the home phone is via a reseller. The only suggestion I've received is to first move t...

Re: Call forwarding
The option is there as 'Call Divert ', select it and click on 'confirm' Alas, it isn't. All I have is a list of options, with the monthly charges for those options, and nil 'clickable' items. (I'd love it if you went into my member facility and had a look ! ) drtezza Edit: Even better...

When I go to "Members Facilities >> Manage Services >> Wire line >> ", all I have visible is a list of monthly charges for various telephone settings, without an ability to enable any of those options.
Am I missing something ?
Hope you can help

Re: The Exetel 6-year club
You got me thinking....
I joined the Exetel forum in early Oct 2005, and transferred my first mobile to Exetel in late Oct '05, with ADSL following shortly after.
Still going strong ! (10 services with Exetel now ! ! )
Must be some reason.....

Re: Free Social Networking site usage missing from usage met
Yes, I also noticed this glitch last night. Currently my five mobile accounts are going to cost me about $1000 extra for the month of February ! (...but closer inspection reveals that none of the 'credit' attached to each account is being acknowledged, and all are well within the allocated credit). ...

Re: WHICH MODEM BEST FOR VOIP
I use Billion (BiPAC) 7404VNPX
Seems some do not like it, but mine hasn't missed a beat >18 mths, and VoIP is spot on (two lines).

New 'M' plans (existing mobile customer)
I'm exploring the new 'M' mobile plans that now appear in my 'Mobile Change Plan' options.
I am having trouble interpreting the table of options:
Specifically, what does the column "New Usage(Upload + Download) per Mbyte" mean ?
Thank you

Yes Please !ForumAdmin wrote:...we are considering offering an unlimited download AAPT ... plan in the not too distant future which ... we should be able to offer at ... $59.95 ... (... including PSTN telephone line).
We are interested in any thoughts anyone might have.
