So there is no rental charge for the VOIP line...

is it included in the NBN package?

I RANG SALES AND THEY WERE LOOKING INTO THE RENTAL CHARGE ON MY BILL BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED...SALES SAID THEY WOULD EMAIL ME!!!

When are sales going to respond...if at all!!!

When purchasing an NBN package, is the VOIP line included in the NBN package...… pay for calls as you go.

Hi,

NBN was activated and working around 11.00am today...all good there.

VOIP appears to be unregistered(Down) Phone not working.

My Exetel Service Number: 0201385145

Could you email me the VOIP password?

I rang Exetel up to get a copy of the terms and conditions for my NBN application, and that's is what they sent me.

The way I see it......as do several of my friends that are also with Exetel ……

The loyal customers, many with 5+years are going to keep paying the high rate to subsidise the "new" members.

New members at no cost to Exetel.
