Will be changing routers soon and after quite a bit of confusion about forum and Myexetel passwords and logins I am not sure about my login for internet access in the router, I know it is the service number but Im not sure of my password anymore
how can I request a copy of my information please

I tried those login details but still nothing works, FWIW my email address was incorrect in the text message I received from Exetel

Unable to log into the "my exetel' section

HI
I cannot log into My Exetel section of Exetel which means I cannot see or change my plan etc
I have no trouble logging into the forums.
This has been ongoing for a while now and although my details have been confirmed and tested by Exetel staff I cannot access My Exetel

Please help

how does NBN offer different speeds ? are these speeds adjusted at a local exchange or something ?
I am paying for 100/40 yet at times it is no better than ADSL,so I started looking around at other providers and yet none of the competition offer any different speed plans

Speed selection with plan

How does Exetel determine speeds available to different plans ?
I have been looking at other providers and it seems that a speed choice is not available ? How does Exetel offer this choice ?
If I change my plan to a lower speed do i need to re-contract again ?

Checking my current plan details shows line speed of ADSL 1
I am paying for 100 / 40 unlimited,why does my line speed show ADSL 1 ?

just called phone support and they cancelled my adsl connection
