Dazzled.

That fixed the problem. Disable line No.2, deleted all settings that were in line 2 and saved settings. Incoming calls are working fine and so does out going calls I only have dial the number twice, but that's fine. Once again thankyou for all the help. Thankyou.

Dazzled. On the back of the Netcomm NF10WV there are two(2) telephone connectors. When my phone is connected to No.1 I can ring out but no incoming calls, When connected to No.2 I can receive incoming calls but cannot to ring out. Tried with a line splitter but it did not help. So your saying I need to replace my existing telephone, if that is the case can you recommend one that will work and is cheap for a pensioner. But in that case can you tell me why everything was work so fine last Wednesday/ Thursday?

I don't know what you mean "5060 UDP". I can use the phone for out going calls but can not receive any incoming calls. Last week (Wednesday,Thursday) everything was fine, could make and receive all calls. If the phone was faulty I would not be able make any calls. The VoIP was setup by following you...

I am on the NBN 25/5 500gb plan ($59.99) per month (changed over 21/12/16 from ADSL). I would like to update my usage per month to unlimited usage. Would I be charged a fee for this change as I am still under contract. Thanks Paul

I did send you the results of my tests but nothing has changed, still getting slow speeds. Last night my download speed was 1.52mbps over Ethernet cable. Looks like I might be looking elsewhere just so I can get near the d'load speed I had 3weeks ago.
