No 4G on Exe Saver

I recently changed my mobile plan to the ExeSim Saver, assuming that it would be a 4G service. But after one month I'm yet to enjoy any 4G connectivity. I contacted Exetel support at the beginning of the month (three weeks ago now) but they've been silent on this issue and unresponsive to follow up....

Hi - when will these no frills plans be available to existing users? I can see where to apply from the main extel page as a new user but when I try to change my current plan there are none of the no frills plans listed in the member area...

Its a little bit off topic, but I want to know why I was forced to change from the TELA plan ($30 month, 256k, 1 Gb) to the TELB plan ($35, 256k, 4 Gb) when (a) the TELA plan still exists (and now has 2 Gb D/Ls)....
