Trying to Change to A1 Plan
I would like to change to the A1 plan from my current TCV20-REGION-50plan. I tried the qualification test for AAPT from the Exetel website with my ADSL number and it is *available.* I could not find any option in my member facilities to change to this plan. Support said I can only change to plans in...

Thanks Larry. My understanding is the name is already changed on their Telstra account. I will confirm, but if it is has already been changed then I will assume no impact.

Re: VOIP Frauds cause of default logins in equipments
Exetel support confirmed that it was my config file that was taken and no calls were made through my modem, which was a nice bit of follow up.

Re: Additional Plans
Is it correct that the only Telstra ADSl2 plan available for current members is a PAYU plan ? This is the only plan I have in the members facility. New plans will replace the old plans on member facility but will take some time. This is clearly indicated in the initial post............... Due to th...

I did email support about the TCV20-200 but was advised that is for new users only.
