Ported away from Exetel - Status still active

My partner ported her number of Exetel (for business) but her Account Status under 'Service & Usage' still listed as active. Next billing cycles in only 10 days away don't want the account fees to roll over. Ported on Dec 13th, and no Usage shown since then. My mobile and NBN still corrected listed ...

Re: Phone Line with NBN

I recently switch from ADSL to NBN and while my ADSL has been disconnected I noticed that my latest invoice still has a phone line rental listed for Jan 2018. Without ADSL I no longer use the phone line, do I need to do something else to cancel this service. Other than a phone why else would I need...

New Modem Config

My router has died and I am replacing my medem and router setup with a combined unit, probably the TP-Link TD-W8968. However I have lost the email sent to me when I joined (in 2009) outlining the login, password and config information require to configure the modem. Is this information somewhere in ...

Re: Moving House - My Options

Thanks for the clarification. Telstra has already setup the line, so I have already spent the $59 plus the $100 if I move the phone to Exetel. Might investigate the PTLB vs INC2DSLB numbers to see if the phone is worth swapping. Based on your help I think I'll just go with the new connection. Thanks...

Re: Moving House - My Options

Thanks for the quick response. Does the relocation option not require a phone line and number to be established? Given that I have already involved Telstra by setting up a phone account, what would by best option (cheapest and quickest) in getting an Exetel ADSL account at the new address. What is t...

Moving House - My Options

I am moving to a new house and have connected the phone with Telstra. I am currently with Exetel (phone and ADSL2 bundle) and have completed the minimum contract period. I have been happy with the phone costs through Exetel and was looking at the INC2DSLB plan for the new address. Excluding the Tels...
