Thanks Angelo,

I've just tried to send a PM but it appears to be stuck in the Outbox. Let me know if it doesn't come through to you

Mobile Account Number to port out?

I would like to port out my mobile number to another provider and a week ago I emailed provisioning (which appears to be what's needed from rep posts on here) to obtain the account number that I need however I haven't received a reply as yet. Are one of the reps on here able to check what's happenin...

Re: Early termination charge

ETC is only $100 anytime within the contract. You do not have to pay the remaining months of your contract. Great, thanks for that. As a bit of a followup, is there any difference in terms of speed/quality of service etc between the OP plans and the the no contract plans (AZ-1TB, FU-55)? Also, is t...

Early termination charge

I'm going to be moving into a rental property shortly and wanted to 'move' my current ADSL service (which is well out of contract, so no ETC concerns there). However I will probably only be living there for 6 months or so, so wanted to get some advice as to how the ETC charge is calculated. If I mov...

Any update on this? I'm still connecting via Exetel1 and the ticket number you've referenced isn't showing up if I log into the helpdesk area

Re: Mobile Cap Plan Voice Charges in error?

Thanks for your prompt explanation, however if my August call usage had not been deleted I'd presumably have worked that out for myself, Are there any like call exclusions etc. I might miss in the fine print in the Z39 plan? Cheers Hmm, I had the same thing happen, looks like there's a few gremlins...

Z15 cap plan APN issues

I've changed my mobile from WM-C, an old HSPDA plan, to one of the special Z15 plans and per my member facilities the change has gone through however I can still access the internet via the Exetel1 APN while the Internet and OptusWAP APN's don't work (I've also tried the IPhone YesInternet APN but t...

Re: Naked switchover

Yes, my family are rapidly using up our mobile credits because of this stuff-up. Optus via Exetel should be offering to refund the calls - almost all would have been free if the line was working properly. i thought it was odd today when i test my pstn line for the first time since the new plan (aft...

Re: OCV200 Bundled ADSL with telephone service

I suggest you contact Residential Support ASAP re these issues so they can get sorted out sooner rather than later. Gidget Yep, had one that but figured with it being eom and the changeover deadline they would possibly be getting a bit of a jump in enquiries, so thought i'd post here as well. All s...

Re: Change of Plan from Naked to OCV200 {HELP} VoIP on ATA V

Thanks Dazzled and Outbush for your replies. Tomorrow evening will reveal all....I shall post my findings/short-comings. Thanks again. PS. Has anybody received their new PSTN ? I've received what is apparently my PSTN, but I've sent an email to confirm as it's given me 02 00XX XXXX which doesn't se...

Re: OCV200 Bundled ADSL with telephone service

May seem a silly question - Can anyone please give me an idea of what exactly will happen tomorrow when the new OCV200 plans are due to become active please? We went naked before there was the ability to port our number so we will be getting a brand new number but am unsure as to how we are to be a...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

Not sure if this has been covered, but I'm currently on a naked plan and am considering changing to OCV200. The main calls we make are to China where VOIP rates are $0.02 a minute. We only have one telephone handset which we envisage will be plugged into the PSTN line, but calls to China are $0.08 ...

Cap Plans - Data addon packs?

I'm weighing up whether to change my mobile from WM-C to the $19 or $35 cap plans (as part of changing my ADSL to the OCV plan) and was wondering if you can addon extra data packs to the Optus cap plans?

Re: The Exetel 6-year club

Bump, any update on whether this discount program is feasible/will happen? Given the margins that have been mentioned here and on JL's blog in the past, those discount figures look like they could easy bump some customers into the red for Exetel, but if you guys decide you can afford it you'll get n...
