No ADSL sync or dial tone

Hi,

At some point on Monday 13/3 my phone line stopped working - I am no longer getting ADSL sync or even a dial tone. I submitted a ticket to the help desk two days ago but have yet to get any response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Ditto... in Brisbane too. news.com.au still works, interestingly. Traffic graphs seem to indicate everything went down at 7am.

Same issue here... but mine seems to have stopped tracking some time on the 2nd.
