Looks like the reason it hasn't ported over was because the ownership of the account is still in my mothers name. I had a look in the member facilities but couldn't find a way to do so. Would an admin be able to help me facilitate this change?

Just activated my new sim card and currently in the process of porting the number across. If it doesn't port over by the end of today, what would happen for the month of February in terms of billing?

Detailed Usage Report

Is there a way of seeing the detailed usage report of previous months? The current month works perfectly but when you click on the "view last month usage" button, the page is empty with no relevant information about usage details.

Mobile Data SMS Notification

I got an SMS a few days ago telling me that I've exceeded 80% of my data quote for the month but upon checking the user facilities it only says I've used ~45%. Just thought I'd let you guys know if there's a bug in your reporting system.

DSL light is flashing and connection wont sync. I've already done the 'turn off modem for 20 mins' as well to no avail.
