Re: Can't FTP into webspace

Thanks KavindaS, This has resolved my FTP connectivity issue. However I logged into the myAccount section again, and it still says "You currently have not yet set up webspace". Is this a side effect of the issue? Will this get updated eventually to reflect the webspace that I already have set up? My...

Re: Can't FTP into webspace

I have had a similar issue for the last week. I have been trying to login because parts of our website have stopped working. My initial thoughts were that the FTP and website issues might have been related. I am trying to connect with FileZilla v3.30.0 64bit version, and as per the below logs, it lo...

Re: Is exetel going to offer Home zone"

We are working along with our development team to make this available for our customers, hopefully within next 2,3 months time period.
Hi Exetel,

Just wondering how your development team is progressing? (Since it is now into the 2 months time period)

I don't want to wait another 2 weeks to be told the relocation process has been rejected again? One week later, and I still haven't got any further... In my original relocation request, members facilities suggested my Phone line cutover date was today, but since resending my relocation request the ...

Re: Moving Service to a New Address

I think you will find the reason the relocation fee is $90 is because its not as easy as changing the service number. When you apply to relocate there is a message that says: Before proceeding with what you will regard as a "service relocation" you need to understand that neither Exetel nor Optus Wh...

Re: Moving House rejected...

So after retrying the relocate my service function in members facilities, I got the following email: Exetel has received our supplier's Rejection Advice for your application that was submitted to Exetel on the 2010-10-09. All rejected applications are automatically inactive and hence closed until fu...

Today I received an email telling me my service relocation had been rejected: Status: Your application has been rejected by Optus. The reason for putting your application for rejection is: Please be advised th...

Re: Off Peak Period Change

Exetel, It is clear a lot of people are peaved. You need to reconsider these changes, or risk losing a lot of business. I was in the process of recommending a friend to Exetel, but now I am thinking of recommending they go somewhere else. THESE ARE BAD CHANGES FOR THE CONSUMER! Major problem's are: ...

Re: Off Peak Period Change

Editing my own post, was hoping to switch to a new plan which I thought would initiate a new 12 month contract, which may have locked in the off-peak period.
I checked the members facilities and realised that the 12 month contract was only for the unlimited/unlimited plan.

Re: Major Changes To 'No Frills' Plans

In my second post on this topic I questioned whether the NF/21IncTel was actually cheaper than the INC2DSLA plan as per below: NF/21IncTel $60.00 $30.00 $30.00 3 gbytes 12 gbytes $0.50 NF/22IncTel $60.00 $30.00 $40.00 15 gbytes 24 gbytes $0.50 Now it seems that the monthly adsl charge has been chang...
