Well atleast we got answer i suppose. Will any affected customers be required to lodge a help ticket to receive the compensation or is it automatic? hey Just tested it. Doesnt work, although something has changed. At about 25s something tries to kick in but instantly that '2nd' sound cuts and the ringing continues up untill 60secs when the call is dropped. The '2nd' sound is on mobile, the telephone just sounds normal. Im using a Exetel Mobile, ...

hey mate

im from newcastle as well.

Ive got a DID. Although thats prolly because ive connected via ADSL2 naked. If you go with naked adsl2 you end up with a capital city number sydney, melbourne or brisbane, and cant have your original number ported.

Hmm

Is there some way to reduce it, to like 25secs to see if the linksys is "cancelling" the call before it gets to the voicemail?

hey

My mobile says "Call Dropped" and it takes about 30secs

is this less then the time for voicemail to kick in?

well that euphoria didnt last long.

even tho i can reach 121 - voicemail, if no one picks the phone up it will just cut out

Change Use Preferred Codec Only to "no".
That did the trick. I have different problem now i cant access the info page via the lan stupid linksys

Apart from that it is all good
