Good luck getting Exetel to admit that they have a problem. the best they could do for me was to suggest that I find a new ISP! I am still getting half the speed that I am paying for. They do not care.

Being a 10 yr member of Exetel, and one of your very first NBN customers it is disappointing to see the complaints regarding the current slow NBN services. Billing cycle

On the 1st of this month I was billed for my full months usage. It is now the 14th, and I have again been charged for a full month. On the yearly invoice chart, this months bill shows up as $126.70 which is twice the monthly cost. Please explain to me how I am not being charged any extra during this...

I have just purchased a new Sony Xperia P and am on a Z15 plan. What are the "Names" for the internet and mms APN's on the Optus network? I have messed it up while trying to find out why I can't send a photo with an sms (I'll worry about that later!)
