No incoming calls to one DID other DID OK
This only started today. The DID I use at home does not receive incoming calls, but rings out OK. The DID I use for my mobile VoIP works fine for incoming and outgoing calls. I tried the home DID on the mobile, and it doesn't work on that for incoming either. I wonder if someone would look into this...

Voip DID with HSPA C1 - W account?
I already have a bundled ADSL1 account which includes a Voip number. Recently, I got the 3G HSPA C1 - W account, which was (as far as I can make out) supposed to include a DID as well. How do I go about setting up the extra DID, because there seems to be nothing about it on the HSPA account page. Ev...

Incoming calls with Elastix not working
I've set up a box with Elastix, but can't get incoming calls from my Exetel DID to work. I have an Open824RLW (Billion 7404) and looking in the firewall log it seems to be blocking the incoming calls. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this please? I've Googled for ages, and there doesn't seem ...

Re: SIP Server upgrade
My Voip is working fine but instead of sip1.exetel.com.au, I have the IP address (58.96.1.2) on my setup. My friend just up the road from me was having the busy tone problem but he put in the IP and his now works.

Re: Spam email
I had the same problem today. Just churned back to Exetel and set up an email address (admittedly one that I was using with Exetel when I was with them before), and immediately I got 2 emails, one confirming my new email address and a Spam email which was not addressed to me but just had a random na...
