Which hardware for voip
NB9W has died, my parents who are with your service require a new modem that does the voip thingy doodle in much the same way to old one did the voip doodly thing. Where and or how do I or they get new one? or one that will do the same thing the old one did.

I'm currently on TE-2D,
And I need the cheepest possible plan now, so if I go with OT that will downgrade my peak to 30gb a month and I'll only pay $25 a month right?

Ok the ping was great this morning, and now in the afternoon I notice it's back to garbage speeds

doing a ping test to my game server right now gives me ordinary pings once again, my connection always settles again at this time of night?
does that mean it is a congestion issue? And if so is there any reason to believe that it will correct itself in time?

I got a friend who lives nearby to ping google, he consistently got 27ms, we're on the same exchange too so why is he getting a better ping than me? he's with bigpond though.

Which adsl2 plan?
Hi i want to change to adsl2 but i dont know what plan to go with that would be equivalent to what i have now. I have voip with exetel, would that change anything if i changed plans? can i just switch plan and not have to worry about breaking my voip right?
