Re: Telstra ADSL2 And New Telstra 8192 ADSL Peak/Off Peak Ch

There are some reported glitches at the moment. See https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?p=280706#p280706 Ah, thanks for that Corey. I should have had a better look around the forum before assuming that it was due to the proposed off-peak time changes. Looks like it may have been resolved anyw...

Re: Telstra ADSL2 And New Telstra 8192 ADSL Peak/Off Peak Ch

I switched to one of the new plans on the 19th, however it seems like I may have already been put on the new 4am-10am off-peak times. In my members area I'm being told the following: "Off-Peak | Period Option: 12:00 am to 12:00 pm", however according to the detailed usage query for today (the 22nd),...

Re: ADSL2+ on Telstra Exchanges

Have been eying off the new plans all week, just submitted my plan change application tonight

The shorter off-peak time period is a bit of a compromise compared with my current 12 hours though, but hopefully it will be worth it.

Bump ^^

Traffic over the "Traffic To/From VIC ADSL1 Users Via Telstra GigE" link has dropped, I'm assuming due to Optus bandwidth being activated at the VIC pop, any chance of getting a graph added for that new Optus link?

Cheers,
Andrew.

Re: MRTG Graphs, Pipe Has Frozen

The VIC PIPE graph is also frozen: Traffic To/From All Users Via Vic Pipe Peering - https://www.exetel.com.au/members/a_mrtg_trafic_vic_pipe.php And while it's not frozen, this graph hasn't looked right (substantially lower, and only one direction of traffic) since the Melb pop upgrade on Sunday: Tr...

[Vic] Slow speeds and packet loss again after midnight

These slow speeds/packet loss seem only to have started again this morning, and coincides with what appears to be saturation HERE . Same symptoms as every time this has occurred in the past: unplayable gaming, streaming radio breaking up, horrible VoIP quality, etc. Speed tests: http://www.speedtest...

While I have assumed in the past that your network engineers would pick this up, as you can see from my previous thread (and on two other previous occasions) that has not been the case. I am also of course aware of your provisioning policy and various forms of P2P traffic control (such as the NetEnf...

Could your issue possibly be related to the lag these guys are experiencing: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/threa ... 6016&sid=1
