Unable to login to Account / My Exetel

Hi, I'm unable to login to my account. I'm using the same username and password that that I've always used; same that I used to login to these forums. I don't think I'm the only one. See seaeagle's post here: https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=284&t=43307&sid=ecdf3588cc7f64069291f6f78c72ed2...

Nano SIM?

Hi, I've just ordered myself a HTC One M8. It uses a Nano-SIM, so I logged into 'myexetel' to order a 'SIM Swap', selected 'SIM Type: NANO SIM'... I'm then shown a message in red saying, " For use in the Apple iPhone5. " I just wanted to check that there is nothing "iPhone5-specific" about Exetel's ...

Re: SIM Swap - Pls clarify Micro-SIM Compatibility

Thanks Steve, I thought that likely to be the case.
Might I suggest that the wording of that accompanying letter is changed to indicate this?
Cheers,
Matt.

SIM Swap - Pls clarify Micro-SIM Compatibility

Hi, I use your mobile service and have a standard SIM in my current HTC phone. I have ordered a new HTC phone which I expect to have within the next 7days or so. This new phone requires a MicroSIM. I have ordered and very quickly received my new Micro-SIM from Exetel - Thanks! I'm looking for some c...

Re: Changing between the new optus cap plans...

Thanks again, dbr.

There is still the question of plan change fee...
One might assume, from Ravenous' screen-shot, that the fee is $20 - the "Service Activation Charge", but is that correct?...

Re: Changing between the new optus cap plans...

Thanks db, Are you on one of the new Capped Mobile plans - via the Optus network? Surely it must be possible to move between them?!... I'd like confirmation that I can apply initially for the CAP35 plan, but then easily be switch to, say, the CAP59 or CAP19 plans as my circumstances and call habits ...

Changing between the new optus cap plans...

Hi,
I'm considering one of the new cap plans.
I guess that I can change between them via the user facilities as often as I like as there is no contract term.
Is there a charge for a plan change?
Cheers,
Matt.

Re: New Members Facilties Is Up

There seems to be an issue with the reporting of HSPA data usage.: For me, it is correct if I log in to the hspa User Facilities. The "Old" Members facilities shows just a (random?) number followed by the prior usage search form drop-down boxes. The new Members facilities reports my usage incorrectl...

Re: New Members Facilties Is Up

"Change my service" seems to have disappeared, I can't find it... So back to the old Members area, hope it stays online for those of us who prefer it...? Same here. I was pleased to find though that my current pending plan change is still shown in the Old members area, thus presumably still actuall...

Using Firefox 3.6 it needed cache clear and, for some reason, browser restart on this machine.

All ok now though :)
