Re: ADSL2 connection barely at ADSL1 speeds as of last night
This is affecting me as well. No matter what I download my speed does not go over 1.7Mbits. I sync at 12Mbits and previously would easily download at over a 1MByte/s. http://cl.ly/0o0U2J033m01153H1O2Y/content http://cl.ly/3J1A1W1d3N3a323S3Q1W/content I haven't run speed tests during peak period yet....

Re: Peak/Off-Peak Time Monitored Wrong
Spoke too soon. The times are correct but the usage is not correct. It's completely off. Can we please get someone to look at this?

Re: Usage Meter Error (peak/offpeak time swapped?)
Mine is still not fixed. Still reporting incorrect peak usage and now it's saying I have 40GB peak and 54GB off peak instead of 30GB/unlimited:

Re: Usage Meter Error (peak/offpeak time swapped?)
I'm using a meter that uses the XML feed and it's also reporting the same thing.

It's definitely reporting it incorrectly. I have logged a fault via the user facilities with billing.

Re: Peak/Off-Peak Time Monitored Wrong
Ok this is weird. It's switching between both. My peak usage will randomly jump up 6GB and down 6GB.

Peak/Off-Peak Time Monitored Wrong
I'm currently on the grandfathered Z/21INCTEL plan that has the 12am-12pm off peak. However, it seems my usage is being monitored as 2am-8am which is causing my peak usage to be monitored incorrectly as I have scheduled downloads to start at 12am.

Re: Response to TPG's new unlimited plans.
I must admit, the $59.99 price point for unlimited ADSL2 and telephone is pretty compelling. I don't think Exetel can match this pricing though. I personally would love to see an increase in the off peak times.

Re: Exetel Dashboard Widget
There seems to be a bug when there isn't an off peak limit as per the new unlimited off peak plans.

It permanently stays faded and doesn't get upload data.

Re: ADSL2 Unlimited Plans (For Exetel Users Only)
I'd much prefer a loyalty discount on the monthly access rather than an unlimited plan for long time customers.

Re: PSN Speeds, Youtube Speeds
So it's past midnight and my speeds have plummeted. Should normal traffic be affected by the Netenforcer? I thought it was just P2P. http://www.speedtest.net gives me: http://www.speedtest.net/result/510044248.png And Exetel's internal speed test gives me: http://www.betsubetsu.net/files/Exetel-Spee...

PSN Speeds, Youtube Speeds
As of late (maybe within the last few weeks) I've noticed a massive slow down with Youtube and PSN downloads. This doesn't happen during peak times. Peak times my speeds are fast as ever, over 1MB/s. Last night I tried updating my PS3 to the latest version of firmware and it was going at around 100K...
