I'm looking at changing to the M8 mobile plan from the old CAP19 why is there a $50 plan change fee, a new connection would cost $20..

I was on the NF23/NOTEL plan and didnt get a option to pay $5 more.. email said the plan wasnt profitable and i had to switch to the new plans and pay $10 before june or i would be disconnected.. i would definitly pay and extra $5 a month to kepe my 2am-2pm off peak..

I'd be happy with just $0 charge when forced off old plan. I wasn't aware that any Exetel customer was being 'forced' to change plans? I was forced off my plan.. had to pay $10 aswell.. lost my 2am-2pm off peak.. I hate the new 2am-8am off peak.. i really want off peak to last to 12pm at least.. eg...

I'm on the old Plan: NF/23NOTEL got the email about changing plans before june 30th.. Do i get to keep my old off peak hours if i switch to ONC? Can someone confirm this for me

Same problem here... Exetel has done something with p2p shapping/blocking, ive tried everything .. manually foward ports.. dmz i.p i thought my modem was playing up...

I'm on the wallsend exchange adsl2+ my speeds have been worse then normal lately..

No ethernet cat6 to billion 7800n since the pings doubled the connection slowed right down...

Why does this keep happening JasonM? my connection was perfect for a while pings were 22ms~ speed tests most of the time were 1.4mb/s~ now my connection is rubbish i really hope they fix the routing issue permanently.

Well, im not really complaining about the speeds they are just up and down most of the time i max out my line sync just on some occasions it will drop to 300kb/s or lower which i thought wouldnt happen from the upgrade.. also with the pings why would they have doubled? my friend on the cardiff excha...

Yes, they sent me a email saying im affected and will receive $100 ive already emailed billing over 24hrs ago also i havent received any credit from refering another user..
