Re: Lower Cost of Each SMS number reset?

Looks like I might be answering my own question, that number changes depending on the month that you are viewing. Does that mean that you need to send 1000 SMS in a month to get a cheaper price? $70 a lot to spend on SMS' for a month, lol.

Lower Cost of Each SMS number reset?

Does the number of SMS' recored for the "Lower Cost of Each SMS" function get reset at any point? My current count is nowhere near the number of SMS' that I have sent using the service, I'm wondering if that number was reset when the price was raised from 5c to 7c, and if so, then why?

Android App to send SMS' via exetel webservice.

Please move this topic if it is in the wrong location, I saw several boards where it could go. I have written a free android app called "WebSMS: Exetel Connector" which provides an Exetel connector for the WebSMS app. This means that you can easily send 5c SMS' via Exetel's web service from an andro...
Just wanted to let you know that I have gone over my 10GB peak limit and have not been shaped. I am going to assume I am getting charged 50c/GB so that is excellent.
I am hoping the same thing will happen for me, although I haven't got any updates on my ticket yet. My offpea...

Re: Change to plan OTA feedback

I have exactly the same issue. I'm on the OTA plan. I chose to change to the excess charge option, but that page says that I requested "Shaped to 512kbps" (straight after I submited the request and from then on)... I made a ticket about that a few days ago. It seems highly likely that there is a bug...

Contract End Date

Would moving from NF/21INCTEL to Z/20IncTel or Z/21IncTel, require a new contract period? Previously I have never had a new contract period from moving plans, I just want to make sure that it won't happen. Yes it would. On the plan change form all it says I agree to new 12 months contact if I apply...

Re: Credit for Per Min plans.

I didn't exactly answer my question, but you seem to be implying that you pay for the calls either at the end of the month, or when you reach $100 of calls. Ie. you don't have to have 'call credit' or something similar for your phone. I would like to get an exact answer to my question though: "Do yo...

Credit for Per Min plans.

I am confused by the statement below: "There is a credit limit of $100.00 imposed on all mobile accounts; once a user reaches $100.00 of calls made in any billing period they must pay the account in full within 48 hours or the service will be barred." Does that mean that you have can negative credit...

Re: Possible New ADSL2 Plans

The calculations for the costs of those plans seem wrong. All plans more expensive than the NF/22INCTEL plan, are in fact, pointless. They are more expensive than paying for the excess GBs on the NF/22INCTEL plan. Eg. NF/23INCTEL: 60GB, $80 NF/22INCTEL: 35GB + 25GB excess = 60GB, $65 + $0.5x25 = $77...

Re: VOIP suddenly can't hear outgoing ring, no audio

I am currently having exactly the same issue. My VOIP has been working fine for the least year and a half (I have the Billion 7401VGP) and I haven't changed the settings recently. My firewal and nat settings are still the same as they have always been, so I am pretty sure its not at my end. I'm real...

Re: Changing ADSL2+ plans during contract period.

LarryK I have just changed my service ADSL2+ service because the old plan that I was on no longer exsists. I had to change my plan before November to another plan and according to an email that I recieved shortly before the change occured I am now on another 12 month contract which seems to be in di...
