I am not sure if was John Linton or the Exetel culture but I felt as if our observations and comments via the forums were woven into the Exetel way of doing business. my problem has been fixed for some reason I had not successfully activated the USIM.

I had very effective help from exetel staff - thankyou.

Can you further explain the free wireless thinking as an offset to loss in "free" period. If it is an offset why were the words "transfer" ie opportunity to transfer to wireless. Should not an offset be a true offset and be "in additon to" and not a transfer??? I guess it is early day for you guys/g...

i go into a loop - - I keep getting a message to select a modem despite ticking all the boxes

Exetel might be willing to suspend your account for say two months
Go back to dial up for 2 months
and wipe all your sisters illegally held content _ doing that will also protect your sister and yourself by providing a defence of good intent..
