my problem has been fixed for some reason I had not successfully activated the USIM.

Can you further explain the free wireless thinking as an offset to loss in "free" period. If it is an offset why were the words "transfer" ie opportunity to transfer to wireless. Exetel might be willing to suspend your account for say two months
Go back to dial up for 2 months

The pricing of the current ADSL (particular the 8Mbps plans) is unavoidable.
