Re: Exetel ADSL 1 plans

Does this mean that existing customers will get a price rise?

If there is a price rise I would hope that the $40 1500 service would remain but at a reduced download quota.
For e.g. 2 GB for $40

In the menu of my phone I type in 121 to divert to voicemail if the phone is not answered, however it is not accepted. What number should I be typing in to divert to voicemail. Thanks.

Re: Network fault logging issue

Ticket number is 811015.
I managed to reopen the ticket by replying to the original automatic email that exetel send when opening a ticket initially. However when it was closed yesterday at 4:40PM, I had not received any email. I hope this makes sense & thanks for helping.

Re: Possible New 'ADSL1' Plans For New Financial Year

Why would an ADSL1 customer stay on an ADSL1 plan if their line is connected to an ADSL2 enabled exchange and they could get a faster service for less than they pay for the ADSL1 service? Because they don't want to change from their current telephone line provider? Because they don't want to enter ...
