This non peak hrs are for gamers not for people who want to use a bit more from the plans. Exetel is good in providing support to game users. The incoming signal has to pass NAT somehow, so a STUN server might be the shot. I think the latest software version can set alternate ports, but you still may still have SIP ALG blocking at at the router. Thanks Dazzled, I will try this tomorrow and see how we go.. You can't get away with SIP on ordinary http . See http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/NAT+and+VOIP http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/SIP. Hi, I got no problem whatsoever for softvoip. But have weird problem with the VoIP. At login from home, no issues, as soon as login softphone from office network, I cant receive any calls but I can call outside nos. though :cry: My config is as below: Phone: softphone, X-Lite Version 3.0 build 52525...

I almost spend 4 hrs for fixing my outgoing on new VoIP, DNS for sip1.exetel.com.au dont seem to work.. so I used IP as you suggeste and vola... :)
