Re: ADSL2 Availability - Kellyville Exchange
I too have been marooned on the Kellyville East sub exchange. With the recent changes, I've had a look at the website, am I reading correctly that I can only opt for DSL2 (TLS reseller) plan TE-2D as an example with Telstra retained for phone service. ie I can't get that of Exetel offered phone/DSL2...

Re: The Exetel 6-year club
wow, seems I migrated from TPG at or around 20/4/2004 based on the usage system...so the paint must have still been fresh in terms of the North Sydney office. It'd be interesting to know what your internal customer number is...ie <1000??? So, thanks to Exetel, the fact I'm still here is a powerful s...

Re: Suggestion Box??
I raised an issue with an e-mail I received offering a no-conditions stated offer of faster/cheaper broadband, that then was unable to be delivered. if it was an offer to go to ADSL2 that went out recently it is still subject to availability/suitable etc, not all customers that get the offer can ge...

Re: Suggestion Box??
So my question stands, if I was asked to do this and it's a wrong process - then your people need to understand that as a learning - but also then how do I have my issue dealt with?

Re: Suggestion Box??
I was instructed to do so via your staff (Provisioning) to get the "bosses" involved.
How do I have the matter resolved then?

Suggestion Box??
If I was advised from provisioning to send something via the suggestion box to get to the "bosses" - what is a reasonable amount of time within which to expect a response?

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans
OK, I'm now very confused, I got this e-mail, but really didn't think it was for me. How can I tell? I ask, because I got another similar e-mail the week before. Similar in that it was e-mailed to me specifically, had my name in it and my service number. It said if I wanted to get faster broadband a...

Re: Inviting Friends to Join Exetel!
I reckon it would be a lot easier to convince people to give up their wireline telephone service if it would be possible to convert their alarm system to accept a SIM card (for a reasonable price). A GSM unit and a pre-paid SIM will resolve scenario nicely. A random example - http://www.manufacture...

Re: ADSL2 inc phone application rejection
Richard - out of interest - what's the position with "sub-exchanges" - does Exetel seek to implement into them over time? Or is this still a restricted area?
