Sync but no connection (Campbelltown, NSW)
Hi. My internet has been down since late last night. It will sync but it will not connect. I have tried rebooting my modem (billion 7800N) and restoring it to default and putting in my settings again but with no luck. To my knowledge so far it has been over 12 hours. Can you please look into this as...

Re: Changing from INCPHONE B to OTBB???
Anything else that i am missing? The members area is misleading in that it doesn't state the off peak time change, on the OTBB plan, this is 4am - 10am. WOW. So i will be loosing 4 hours of offpeak every day. That is half of my existing offpeak The main thing that i want to know is that if i do cha...

Re: Warning when data reached
Thanks for that Shady.
But that isnt what i was talking about.
When you reached our limit, the internet used to come to a holt and it would load a page announcing that we had reached our limit and to continue we had to accept it before we could continue

Warning when data reached
Since when has Exetel stopped warning users when they have hit their cap?
I checked this morning only to see that i had gone over my offpeak cap of 54Gb and now need to pay $6/gb.
I used to get a page saying that our limit had been reached and i had to agree to continue

Re: Belkin N300: slower then dial up
Thanks for that Himantha.
I just ran a speed test from exetel.
Results are as follows:
705.6 kbps.
This is still well below what we used to get.
I have heard that a modem with a broadcom chip will give better speeds since we are quite far away from the exchange.
Is this true?

But when i plugged in my Belkin and set it up this is what i get: Type Interleave Path Status SHOWTIME...

Re: Usage data
I might install a bandwidth usage counter to double check, as i still do not believe that utorrent has used 500mb of non-content data
