Exetel has charged me STD rates for several calls to numbers also in the Sydney call collection area. The calls are to a new development in the same inner Sydney suburb of Paddinton, and probably use a new block of numbers. Is "factory reset the modem" the new isolation test ?

No ADSL2 this morning, but voice calls on the same line are OK. :( The ADSL2 has been up with no problems for months. I did an isolation test, and then logged a call via IVR (Fault ID 74020). Next thing I get a text message :? : Exetel Update - Please factory reset the modem and reconfigure the mode...
