All VoIP calls have been restored.

The engineer's are carefully monitoring all VoIP traffic, the cause of the problem is still unknown and is been investigated.

VoIP Server down

Currently all VoIP services are down, inbound and outbound calls are affected.

There is no ETA as the issue is unknown, this is currently been investigated by the engineers.

The next update will be in 30mins.

Yes you can do that by logging into the user facilities -> ADSL -> change my service -> pick a plan -> Apply

The new plan will come into affect on the 1st of next month for your connection provided you've applied before the end of the month.
