UNI-V voice service
Will Exetel provide a voice service over the UNI-V port on NBN Co plans?
While I could buy a separate ATA, it would be nice to use the provided port on the NTD...
Thanks.

Usage XML specification
Hi Exetel, I'm developing a usage meter app for WP7 and would like to know the XML structure for HSPA accounts from this: https://www.exetel.com.au/members/usagemeter_xml.php?username,password I have an ADSL account, and thus have downloaded the XML for adsl accounts. My question is: Will that link ...

Re: Please Use This Thread To Advise Exetel Of Typos/Errors
I got an email saying I could port my existing exetel/vodafone plans to the new exetel/optus per minute plans. The email says to login in to Member Facilities -> Order Services -> Mobile, but on this page I can only see CAP plans, and not the per min plans. The per min plans are on the public plan p...

Re: New ADSL2 Plan - Free
I can't see those options It is quite possible that the contract options only apply for out of contract customers. This would make a lot of sense. Kenobiajay, you seem to be within a contract (i.e. contract = "existing") implying that by paying the $20 plan change fee, your contract will not get ex...

On the plan change page, at the top of the plans, it gives three options:
No new contract
New 6 months contract
New 12 months contract

Re: Off Peak Periods
For me, two things must be satisfied: 1. The start time of off-peak must no later than 12am. 2. The off-peak period must be no shorter than 12 hours. I think that's a bit excessive! Off peak is more of a bonus (which has been extended for years and sort of become defacto for plans). I would hope of...

Re: Off Peak Periods
12-12, but somehow deter people from downloading excessively 12am-2am and 10am-12pm.
Maybe split the offpeak, so 5gb for 12am-2am and 10am-12pm, and say 100gb for the rest of offpeak.
Of course, this does break the perfect symmetry of 12-12.

Re: Registering Second Exetel Account on CP470ip
Thanks for your reply. It was an error at Exetel. All is go. So it is possible to use multiple accounts from the same VSP on the CP470ip. Warren I have the same Exetel voip account registered twice on the c470ip (IP1 and IP6 in my case). This way, I can have two concurrent outgoing calls using the ...

Exetel HSPA to Exetel Mobile
I'm currently on an old HSPA plan (WM A i think), and want to change to the Exetel (Vodafone) mobile plans.
Will there any complications regarding number porting? I'm guessing the procedure should be the same as any other mobile transfer...

VOIP Pack not updating
I have a VOIP pack for international calls to India. All of this month's calls to India have not registered with the voip pack.
I've already sent a query to billing (on monday), but nothing has happened so far.
Anyone else having problems?

I guess most of Exetel's attention is directed towards the new Telstra ADSL2 plans....
