The current system is a right royal pain for the "non downloading" users. I love the cheap prices but wish the off-peak didn't exist and affect my late night work. The best approach would be for all heavy "off-peak" users to use a different upstream gateway to the rest of us users. Maybe something s...

I am a current Exetel HSPA customer, but am now thinking of switching to PennySIM. Their new deal allows free calls between PennySIM users as well as free calls to Pennytel VOIP DIDs and their VOIP gateway number. Downgrade Plan from Optus ADSL2+ to Naked ADSL2+

1. Do we have to pay full connection costs to downgrade our plan - ie drop the voice from our line?

2. Does this require establishing a new contract?

3. What is the process to do this besides establishing a brand new order?
