Yes surely its just a matter of a small form with some Terms & conditions that a customer can fill in on there user page. other voip providors are doing this some make you fill in a paper form "thats so yesterday" but at least they are doing it. i would be able to sell alot more voip if call masking...

i have tried using both @exemail.com.au and @external based accounts i get the email asking to confirm and i have tried clicking the line and also the manulk method neither ends up working i still cant get an email account listed in cerberus as a result i cannot log faults of helpdesk requests i hav...

A While ago we had the option to mask any number over our voip number on outbound voip calls ... this didn't last that long and the feature was removed from user facilities Interesting to note for thoose who did notice this feature and set it ...that this has remained in place ... as i set this feat...

Yep i have this problem ..too but i have never seen any detailson this page except 0:00 https://www.exetel.com.au/members/hspa_view_services.php click on voice usage view takes you to https://www.exetel.com.au/members/hspa_usage_voice.php and it always says zero ... see below Exetel Customer Mobile ...

it does have this but voicemail is a value added service that you have to tick a box for in user facitiies ...
i have alsready been there and done that

shortly afterwards i got a call from the voicemail system asking me to set it which i have completed ...

now i just after the message centre #

All i have done a few quick searches but i can't seem to find this info today ... what imafter is the number to dial to retrieve voicemail that is configured on a exetel HSDPA account i have just configured it and recorded the greeting etc ... so no i just need the message centre or is it jus the st...

in case anyone is interested i logged a call re a billing issue with my HSDPA service ... so i went to the helpdesk site and logged in .... and i yet again tried to add an email account to the ticket ... i used an account external to exetel and it would not add it .. no matter what i did so i just u...
