New order - how long to process?
Hi,
I am an existing customer and applied for mobile services on the weekend before 14th of Jan but still haven't received the sim card.
The service is marked as "Pending" in the account details.
I was under impression it normally takes 3 days to get the sim card or am I wrong?

I am moving house, and my new telephone connection will be with Telstra.
