Thanks for the assistance I'm not sure why you dont also post the information here for other people having this problem

1) Log onto member services with your mobile number and password (not your ADSL number and password)
2) Go to Value added Services
3) Select enable voice mail.

Then call 321

Doesn't work. I'm asked to key in my number with a # and I've tried with

Both instances I get the message, this number is not registered. A little assistance exetel?

HOWTO port my service away from Exetel

Hi I'm not clear on what the process should be when porting my number away from exetel.

I am on a month by month plan and I'm going to transfer to another pre-paid provider.

Could I have the steps articulated on what I need to provide the new provider in order to port my number away?

How to set up voicemail

According to the mobile faq I need to ring 121 to access my voicemail, however I get an optus message saying this number is not active.
The FAQ also says to ring 1211 to turn on voice mail, this is also not working.

Any help?

when I call up my "modify VOIP Service" in Member services....my voip number plan "VOIP R" etc appears but also below this is a box that say's " You don't have VOIP Calling service with Exetel"....and if I try to cancel it I get a page that says "you do not have a voip pack service"..So how do I co...

Hi i understand i have a base URL http://..../<username>/

I recently FTP'd a sub-directory which contained a sample website and i can't access it because i dont have the relevant permissions. As there is no shell access to my files how can I CHMOD certain files/directories?
