The last thing I did is that I disconnected all my equipment again and then requested a port reset. A line check was also made a that time with and without the modem. One I put the modem back on, what do you know? I started working again. I really have no reasonable explanation on how it fixed itsel...

Yesterday, all of a sudden, I was getting no sync. This is weird since I did not introduce any new equipment at my premises. So I went through the whole process, isolation, checking cables, swapping modem but still could not get a sync. I even unplugged all my equipment form the phone line for 30 mi...

I have sent an email to billing regarding an invoicing issue on the 7th September. It has now been a week and I am yet to receive a response.
Is this normal? or is there an escalation point?
