Cannot re-enable email to fax

Hi, I previously disabled my email to fax from my main email but no want to re-enable it. When I try the system tells me that the email has already been registered for email to fax although it doesn't appear. Also, when I tried faxing something using my work email it wouldn't go through (20 mins lat...

For relocating customers, you can use the member facilities and have Exetel activate the phone line for you instead of getting Telstra to do it (and so you avoid the paying Telstra $59 for the activation + $100 for the temporary line fee). But this option is only available for relocating customers....

I have the same question. I've been with exetel for 2 years and am now moving to a new apartment. My old housemates want to keep the exetel service and phone number, so I can't do an account relocation (unless it's possible to relocate but keep the old service or something). From what I've just read...
