Re: ADSL dropping out
I can't believe this - Exetel have arranged for a field technician to attend on the 30/12/14. Also promised that management would contact me about this issue. I have now lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. 7 years as a loyal customer obviously means nothing. I imagine ...

Re: ADSL dropping out
The field technician failed to attend for the 2nd time. This is ridiculous. Its two weeks with no internet. The exetel customer support promised to ring me back with an update. This was at 12.30pm yesterday. I received a message on my voice mail at 7.30pm and they have no idea or time frame when a t...

Re: Windows Live Mail
Can't see in Mozilla where you have a secure password to stop others accessing your email.
Anyone know of a mail program that you can manage identities with a secure password.

Windows Live Mail
I've updated to Windows live mail. Have set up my email accounts, but would like to have a password on one of the email accounts so it is private. Can't find out anywhere on how to do this. It was good with outlook express - because all you did was switch identities and enter a private password. Any...

New Plan - not as good as old - too slow
I was one of those loyal long time customers that was forced to change plans when exetel decided that my old plan was not cost effective. Now on T15-30 1500/256 which is same speed as old plan - but its very slow. Yes I've checked everything suggested on the forum topics. Is anyone else experiencing...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers
I'm one of those that will be affected by the $10 increase. I have searched for new plans and see that T8-30 has a greater speed & more download limit. And it will be virtually the same cost i am paying now. Is this some kind of trick ? How do I know if I can actually download at that speed (8192 kb...

Simple guide to setting up web space needed !!
Maybe its just me but i can't find anywhere that gives the average computer user a simple guide to setting up web space. Skip all that computer talk - give us a simple guide to set up web space. TP-LINK Wireless Modem setup problems
I have recently installed a new wireless TP-LINK wireless router. Managed to setup up the wireless setup okay but have discovered that when both computers try to access the internet at the same time that one of the computers locks up. Especially when using Windows Live messenger. Is there a setting ...
