Re: Regional VoIP DID's

Thanks for that. It would be a nice feature if it could be added. I currently use mnf for all of my business calls purely because I can't get a local DID here and so I use the masking feature instead. Customers want to see a local number when you are calling them. I would be happy to change if it co...

Re: Regional VoIP DID's

1: Just wondering what makes it so black and white why you can or can't get DID's for certain areas such as Armidale? Is it related to not being able to get adsl2?

2: With MNF you can mask your outgoing voip DID with your own telstra pstn number. Is this possible with Exetel's voip service?

Re: Billion 7401 VGPR3 - Constant Call Dropouts

How'd you go Tim? I installed the same router at a friends place a few weeks ago and they are describing your exact issues. Damn Billions, good bang for buck but they are oh so random.

Exetel free calls

My wife and I have been on the exetel/vodafone post paid plans for a while now and have been getting the 2 min free calls to each other.

I've just changed my sim over to the exetel/optus/hspa network. Do I still get 2 min free calls to exetel users?

Re: What to do when your mobile is lost/stolen

You can then change your voicemail to advise you've lost your mobile, and give an alternate phone number (you can still pick up voicemails, but it's easier to get callers to dial another number) by calling 0414 121 121 (Enter your mobile number and your security code - default is 3333). I just trie...

How to log into member facilities

I recently cancelled my Exetel Adsl service, however I still kept my Exetel Mobile service.

I'm no longer able to login to member facilities using my old adsl landline number.

How do I login now with just a mobile service?

Can someone confirm gprs cost per mb is $0.0006 x 1024 = 61 cents?

Just want to be sure before I get carried away!
