when I call up my "modify VOIP Service" in Member services....my voip number plan "VOIP R" etc appears but also below this is a box that say's " You don't have VOIP Calling service with Exetel"....and if I try to cancel it I get a page that says "you do not have a voip pack service"..So how do I com...

This is actually happening to 3 different Exetel customers in the Lismore NSW region...only similarity we are all using Billion routers..and all say it seems to have started late last week..

Since late last week every now and them when I make a call I get a mixture of a message about a voice mail box and ringtone together and no answer. If I ring staight back the number rings and answers as normal.. Another exetel customer has just reported the same thing when she tried to ring me....An...

I agree Spanner_Man 2 extra digita is not a lot of extra effort..but the real issue is where is Exetel's Change Management procedures where anyone/clients who is affected by an impending change in the service is notified in advance...surely any change would have been tested in a development environm...

Hi Has there been a change/upgrade made with VOIP that would now make me have to dial 02 in front of the usual 6620xxxx local Lismore numbers...never had to do that since starting to use VOIP last March but now have to put that area code in front of the number from today to get a successful call.. Plan Change

HI
I put in a change plan request on 29/11 from TELE to TELI. I received an email from Exetel to say my plan has been upgraded and my Dec bill reflected this change but my router is still reporting 512/128 even after a 20 minute shutdown...any ideas???
