Sudden line speed drop FTTN

I refer to ticket no. XYI-16761-425 submitted yesterday. The link rate shown in the attached file makes me think i have been wrongly moved to the 25/5 NBN tier. I should be and have been for quite some time on the 50/20 tier.

Hi this issue is still ongoing for two of the three phones, i have replied via email to Residential Support with details of what has happened so far, no response yet.

MMS Problem

Hi
I have 3 mobile phones connected to my account and all three cannot send or receive MMS, they were OK before i changed plans a while back.
Is it possible they are no longer provisioned for MMS ??
2 phones are recent Android devices and one is a Doro PhoneEasy 623

I too have received two emails since 1am, one showing 76% used and the next at 9am showing 86% used. in 2 days !!!!!!!!!
Something is wrong again.
My Exetel usage meter appears correct with about 600MB since yesterday which was the start of my new usage cycle.

Edit. Not quite sorted, charges are still being added to my Voip usage data for International calls to UK land line.

Hi, I signed up for the $10 Unlimited Home Phone plan when applying for NBN and this plan is now showing in my user facilities OK. However there appears to be some discrepancy with regard to International calls, I am being charged for calls to a UK landline when the web page describing this plan cle...

Hi My old ADSL plan is still showing as active with NO connection on my User Facilities and I have been charged $43 on my December invoice which covers ADSL2 for January, this does not seem right. Also, my November invoice showed $43 for ADSL2 in advance for December which i feel should be refunded ...

Hi,
Firstly let me say my FTTN connection is working fine :D

I would like to know how the porting of my Exetel/Optus landline is coming along as it is now one week since activation.

I am a little worried as I have heard stories of people loosing their landline numbers completely.
