Re: So much for loyalty. $70 to $108 p/m increase

I hope Exetel will still be able to get back their competitive edge
I hope they go broke.

Re: So much for loyalty. $70 to $108 p/m increase

HI coconutdog, I will pass your request through. Someone from our sales team will be in touch with you :) I never did get that email. I am now with NetCube after being one of the original Exetel sign-ups. I am very disappointed with the treatment I was given by Exetel, jacking up my plan price by $...

Re: So much for loyalty. $70 to $108 p/m increase

I got the same email. What's the go? The Cheap Broadband Plans High Speed ADSL - Exetel page says that unlimited ADSL is $59/month but you are trying to slug me $83/month + phone lne rental as a long term subscriber to Exetel. That doesn't seem like good value for money. I am quite happy with my cur...

Re: Crap Exetel service

"If your modem is syncing at 5Mbps there isn't much we can do." James, I have tried three ADSL2+ modems and they are all doing the speed test at roughly the same rate. I'm sure there IS something you can do.

Crap Exetel service

I have a M-R plan, what ever that is. My speeds have been gradually reducing to the point that we are getting around 500kB/s at the present time. I opened a fault ticket (8704750) on the 15/01/2015. This resulted in Exetel resetting their end of the connection with no resulting increase in speed. I ...

Email Password Poblems

I am having trouble changing my email passwords. I have 9 email accounts set up and want to change the passwords on all of them. Preferably all to the same password as they are now. When attempting this it either comes up with "Fields do not match" or "Email password change failed !!!" What's the go?

Re: New Plans Avail Yet??????????????????????

Hi Bella,

Does that mean I pay Exetel for the phone line rental and don't have to pay Telstra for this every month? It is all inclusive?

Cheers,

Matt.

Netcomm NB16WV problem

I have just bought an NB16WV. ADSL works fine. VoIP doesn't. It says it is registered and I have set it up as per the Exetel setup guide and help from the helpdesk but it doesn't make calls. There is a dialtone but as soon as you enter a phone number it goes dead. The phone at the other end rings bu...

Billion 7402VGO incoming calls problem

I am having troubles receiving VoIP calls. The phone rings and and when you answer it you get about 5 seconds of conversation before it hangs up. This happens probably 90% of the time and with different phones connected. All outgoing calls are good. The router is set up as per Exetel instructions. A...

Re: ADSL2 bundle with Telstra

Can this be ordered with Telstra Home Line Budget which is $20.95?
Can VoIP be used with this plan?
Will it be available in Wodonga, 3690?

Error (0x8004210B)

I get the following error when I try to send emails over about 1MB in size. All smaller emails seem to get to their recipients, I quite often send emails to work from home and get them. I get the following error message: Task 'xxxxxx@exemail.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The opera...

ADSL1 8192/384 plans not in Memeber's Facilities

I went to change my 1500/256 TL-C1 plan to the new 8192/384 T8192-A plan via the Member's Facilities page and it doesn't appear there.
The only ones there are the old TE-x series of 8192/384 plans.
Is it possible to change to this plan some other way?

Cheers,

Matt.
