Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

I guess this might be the answer to my earlier question as well. Can I order the new service now and assume that it will be possible one way or the other to eventually replace the "new" PSTN service with a ported number (from VoIP or other existing PSTN)? Yes. There will be a way for those that hav...

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

Ok, just an update. This is the response I got from my billing enquiry. (1) As our data base is not updated yet it does not show in customers accounts but we have charged you the correct amount. As I expected. (2) Yes On the new Z/21INCTEL Plan for $65 per month there is a $3 Account Administration ...

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

To my understanding it has. You might want to contact billing@exetel.com.au to confirm your Monthly Access Charge I have done this at the early part of the week, still waiting for a response. No. Thanks, just what I wanted to hear. This fee does apply, yes. And you are not being "forced" as you sti...

Re: Price Increase Of $5.00 per Month On All Old ADSL Plans

Hi, I received an email last month related to the increase in price of my current plan by $5. Stating this would take effect from the 1st of April. However my Account page still shows that my Monthly Access Charge is still $55.00. Is this change still coming into effect? On the new Z/21INCTEL Plan f...

Re: changing plans

Can someone also tell me, I have just finished my contract period on the "OPT D" plan, if I go and change to the "INCPHONEA" does that mean I am back on contract or do I no longer have to enter any contract as long as I stay with Exetel? meaning I can switch plans whenever I please?

Regards,
Beau

Re: Possible New ADSL2 Plans For New Financial Year

Any update on when these new plans will be posted? My contract runs out on the 10th, do I automatically get changed to a current plan or stay on my existing plan outside of the contract?

Regards,
Beau
