Re: Off Peak Period Change
This time when I'm off contract I'm leaving.
You gave unlimited and then slashed the time in half.
You can't call 6 hours unlimited.
it's pathetic and a con.
By the way, I'm in the 5th day of the new plan I signed into and now its changed, ha ha.

Re: ADSL2 Unlimited Plans (For Exetel Users Only)
The offer would only be made to out of contract ADSL1 and ADSL 2 customers who have been with Exetel for over 12 months. I'd take it but the problem is the quote above. I have been with Exetel for 4 years but after pestering for years only recently got ASDL2+. Therefore I'm on a new contract with 9...

NB9WMAXX & Intermittant Call Success
Hi All The old NB9W died so got a NB9WMAXX. Set it up according to; http://www.exetel.com.au/voip_pdf/nb9wMaxx.pdf The dial tone is strange. Quick series of beeps - not normal. If you dial a number it may work and you can talk to the reciever. If you redial it may be engaged. So works on and off but...

Re: All VOIP calls engaged
I got this response at 1: 30 pm "Could you re-test it and let us know if you're still experiencing issues". I emailed back one minute later and said "no change" and have had no reply. Alas the weekend looms without tech support and no phone....

Happening again - DROPPING OUT after 30 SECONDS
This happened a few weeks ago - the VOIP call goes dead after about 30 seconds. I've got a NB9W netcomm and was told it was a switch upgrade to increase efficiency. Well now its back. The last couple of days the calls just go dead after about 30 seconds. You end up talking to no one. This is not con...

Hello Colostomy bag, I would sugget that you send an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au asking for your connection to be unblocked. You have to be the account holder for the account when emailing us as you have to agree to being charged if you go over the 48 GB for the month. The reason why ...
