HI all, My mum is cancelling her service as she is moving out to have a new house built. She is going to keep the email active for 6 months at $30. my question is, would her email be available via the webmail facility and the login still work, or would it have to be setup as a pop3 again. she wont h...

Re: TCV20-200 plan not available for existing users
Hi, i received the email also regarding changing from my adsl 1 to the new tcv20-200 plan with no activation cost - and $50 month with 12 month contract. My question is: will there be any downtime (as in days), or just a few hours when the changeover happens after applying. Am currently on a 6 month...

Re: Termination Question
ok, i have cancelled the service effective 30th October 2010. I just hope that they don't put a request through to take any codes off my line - as I am already connected to the new isp. Wasn't sure where to put reason for leaving, but it was because it is local adelaide isp for me, better pings, bet...

My question is, as my new connection became active yesterday by doing the single service transfer (i think thats it), and I am now using the new isp. do I...

Re: Please help - red internet light
thanks for that, unfortunately they are very unhelpful and unsympathetic.
my mum had a hell of a time trying to get the account changed, as they only would talk to the account holder - bit hard as he passed away.
i will try again with them and see what they say.
tks genni

Re: Please help - red internet light
Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
Have done a full reset, unplugged line from wall socket etc. everything that can be thought of has been done.
Do you think the account change would have any effect - would that change anything with the port at the exchange?

Line sync getting really slow
Hi, last week or so, speed has dropped alot. Download speeds have almost halved. I have isolated, rebooted, and can't see why this is happening all of a sudden. Did have an issue not long ago with constant drop outs, and support did something with the ports (at the exchange i guess), and that issue ...
