Same problem - usage data is missing for part of 3 January and all of 4 and 5 January
Please have a look and see what's happened
I note that another user on Whirlpool is experiencing the same issue

Glad I found this - I had the same issue on my iOS devices over the last couple of days - although they’ve worked fine for several years - so as soon as I changed the authentication setting as above it worked again
Any idea what caused it to suddenly stop working?

Website ADSL Usage Meter Not Working

The webpage report on usage for ADSL services is not showing any data @ https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/serv ... 02XXXXXXXX - all entries for the month are showing as "0"
Can someone have a look at it and let us know when it will be working again?

The 6 year club dates back to 2010 - we're really up to the 13 year club now aren't we?
I for one and always grateful for the recognition Exetel gives its long term customers through the Loyalty discount each month

The last number I was given was several years ago now and was 258 Pioneers at that time - so that would be the maximum and sadly it's quite likely lower now

Just had the dreaded email advising I'm being moved to one of the new plans for my ADSL and Home Phone bundle. I can't really complain as with Netflix streaming now on our agenda the current plan's data allowance was a little light - so 1TB will give us plenty of capacity to use at anytime of the da...

The usage meter is still not updating - still showing zero usage

It's also happening for me as well - no DATA usage data displayed since 15 January 2015

Can someone from Exetel update us on when it will be resolved?

Smiling at the title - 6-year club indeed - were coming up to the 10 year club now (or some may already be members) - I'll notch up my 10 years in October
