Re: Tethering rates on WBP plan

What is the cost of tethering on the M8 plan assuming that you stay within the 200M included data? thanks, Iain. As long as you use the correct APN, you will not be charged extra if you are to use the allocated download allowance of your plan. And what is that correct APN? I'll admit I'm confused. ...

Re: July Z* mobile specials

I currently have a Mobile Broadband service (WM-A) with voice and data for my mobile phone. When I look at the "Change Plan" options the "Z*" plans are not listed. Does that mean I can't convert to a Z plan? Is there any other way to convert and port the mobile number? On that Change Plan page it li...

Re: Three Months Free ADSL

We have corrected the error. I have test the form and working fine now. Thank you - that part works now. However, when I get to the next page which echoes the selections, it says for the OT-20 plan that "ADSL2 Monthly Access Charge" is "$39.50" instead of "$19.50" on the initial "Change Plan" form....

Re: Three Months Free ADSL

I'm using the user facilities to try to change from A30 to OT-20; I fill out the form, click "submit" and keep getting "Please check that you understand that during the transfer process it is required that any 'complex services' such as additional features on a telephone service like fax-duet,rotary...

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

Q. The new plans have me a bit confused, if I change to the A30 plan at $45/month, does that include the extra $3/month I started getting slugged with from October 1 2010, or will the $3 get added to the A30 cost bring it to $48/month ? It will be $48.00 per month. So you are saying that the curren...

Currently: Plan Type: NF/21BYOLINE Monthly Access Charge: $30.00 Peak Download Limit (Mbyte): 5000 Peak Period Option: 2:00pm - 2:00am "Admin fee": $3. Re: ADSL Plans/$10 - $25 Per Month Discounts

Maybe people who use those numbers a lot can obtain the "native" number for that called party and ring that instead of the 13/1300/1800 number. Yes - I do this with my VoIP already whenever possible (so that I pay 10c instead of 30c per call), but some businesses will not divulge a "native" number ...

Yes, I had, just before posting. When I checked now, I see that the admin charge is mentioned. Sorry if I missed it before.
