Re: Net Usage Meter reports parsing error

A fix has been released - switching on auto updates for Netusage should install 1.2.344.1 which works for me.

Re: Net Usage Meter reports parsing error

I just grabbed my own account CB. It looks normal. The GnomeGTK meter script I posted yonks ago at https://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=303&t=32481 and haven't updated is reporting no parsing problems. Perhaps related to Firefox? The last Firefox update was released on March 13 Others are re...

Re: Net Usage Meter reports parsing error

Certainly not XML, CB. The message comes from the XML handler - parse: function(ae) in netusage/netusagebtn-latest.xpi_FILES/components/nsNetUsageItem.js. I dug a bit more deeply and this emerged... <Response> <ServiceNumber>07xxxxxxxxx</ServiceNumber> <ContractDetails> <ContractStartDate>2005-10-1...

Re: Net Usage Meter reports parsing error

I have been using netusage 1.2.338.1 on Firefox 11 (Linux) since it was released and all was working well till late Wednesday (18-4) when this parsing error also disrupted my usage reports. I suggest it is an Exetel server problem. Edit - I just recovered my usage data and it looked like this... 07x...

Re: ADSL1 Low Speed Services Offer

Will this 'ADSL1 Low Speed Services Offer' still be available when the T1500-x plans appear in the customer facilities ?

Re: ADSL1 Low Speed Services Offer

Am i hallucinating or did the price of 1500X just went up from $35 to $38? I wanted to upgrade this friend of mine's plan from NF/512 to 1500X. I am looking after their connection and tech stuff (he has been with Exetel since 2005). It appears that as of today the $3 account administration charge i...

Re: ADSL1 Low Speed Services Offer

What is the service plan name that you wish to upgrade your current plan?
The 1500X would be sufficient for my needs but if the conditions of the unseen email are the same as the first post in this topic then the 1500Y would be relevant.

Re: ADSL1 Low Speed Services Offer

I am also on the NF/512 plan and I did not receive the upgrade offer email nor does my customer facilities mention any possibility to waive the fees. I think there is a systematic failure for this plan, hopefully an eventual response to ticket #3358327 will clarify the issue.

Emails will be sent to all ADSL1 low end speed customers advising them of their options over the next few days.
This issue seems to have been a bit quiet for the last 2 weeks....

Re: "Equipmentless" VoIP

This facility is available in your members facility.
This is good but not quite the full ANI service. Is it possible to combine the pre-registered number function in the calling cards with access to the post paid VOIP service ?

This is not quite what I had in mind.

More precisely, is it possible to use a post paid VOIP service by ANI call back ?

"Equipmentless" VoIP

I wanted to use the "Equipmentless" VoIP facility but there seems to be nothing in the customer facilities to manage it. Is this service still available ?

Re: Unable to access websites which are not australian

Same problem here - despite having off peak quota available I am blocked during off peak, and despite an assurance on Exetel Billing ticket #2772948 that peak and off peak had separate over quota allocations.

(except the Firefox plugin)
