I know Exetel is having issues staying competitive and profitable.
Will Exetel be supporting Internode in this action?

ADSL2 Drop out issues.

So my net connection dropped out. At bout 3pm this afternoon. I plugged in my 3g and had a browse around to see if anyone else was having problems or if exetel had any network issues. Then I power cycled my router and insured everything was plugged in. After a while i noticed the phone line had no d...

Re: Off Peak Period Change

Just chiming in to say I am also pretty annoyed by this. One thing I would like to suggest after reading this thread is to offer a third period. Why not have 12pm-12am PEAK 12am-2am OFFPEAK 2am-8am UNLIMITED 8am-12pm OFFPEAK Offer like a 60gb or something offpeak period, maybe less considering it is...

Voice call from e176 (not voip)

I want to make and receive voice calls from my pc not using data but via the standard mobile phone call interface (whatever its call...

Mobile pricing inconsistency

This page http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-call.php lists the wm a plan as a 5 dollar data access charge while this page does not http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-pricing.php

Adsl2 plan ambiguity

On the new residential plans the data is listed as "xxgbytes/$1.50 per gb used" compared to the older plans that are listed as "xx gbytes + $1.50/GB thereafter".
This is potentially confusing and they should all use the same format as the original plans.

Re: Possible New ADSL2 Plans

Something to consider if your thinking about getting the 100gb plan. If you have 2 phone lines in your home, its better value to buy 2 50gb plans then buy the 100gb plan. The only problem is setting up your routers to load balance. But im sure some people would consider this. You could also take adv...
