Re: Change of Plan from Naked to OCV200 {HELP} VoIP on ATA V

Well, 28 days since I placed my Plan Change with the Exetel members Facilities and I still haven't received my PSTN. I have been switched over to the new plan as it states 'Active' on my Change Plan page. I was also charge the $40 for opting out of the 12 month plan as requested by me....happy with ...

Re: Naked switchover

Hi Exetel, Sorry to the OP for hijacking your post, but it is relevant (ish). I also jumped over to OCV 200 from a Naked plan and I still haven't been issued with a PSTN. Today is day 4 of the new plans being in place and I doubt anything will happen over the weekend - I too am incurring call costs ...

Change of Plan from Naked to OCV200 {HELP} VoIP on ATA V210P

Hi, Hopefully somebody could help me who is familiar with V210P and PSTN and VoIP on Exetel. Current set-up is as follows: On NF22 Naked plan with VoIP. Using TP-Link W8960N modem router with ATA Netcomm V210P. All PCs are wireless. Everything working well. When the new OCV200 plan kicks in on 1st F...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

Exetel made the Order request to change my service from Naked NF22 to OCV200 a couple of weeks ago whilst on the phone to Sales...they told me my new PSTN would arrive within 5 business days....its been 10 and counting. I really need this new PSTN to update all my contacts/accounts etc. When are the...

Re: Price Increase For Out Of Contract Customers - Continued

May I just clarify that under the new OCV 200 plan, the free calls to Optus Mobile and Optus Resellers will include calls made to Virgin Mobile customers who actually use the Optus Network and are thereby classified as a 'Reseller'?

Re: Price Increases For Out Of Contract Customers

I am an out of contract customer. I am happy to switch over to one of these new Optus plans however I may be moving within the next 12 months so my questions are: ... - how to I take up the option of paying $40 and not being tied down to a 12 month contract? I went through the process of changing t...

Re: Naked users forgotten?

Hi Exetel, Another user requiring clarification. In the most recent email from Exetel, the year summary I think it was entitled, it stated that the changes to the plan had 4 options, basically: 1. take new plan, enter a new 12 month contract 2. DEFAULT - stay on existing plan, pay an extra $10 per m...

Re: Exetel predicting my future usage?!?

Because 12am - 2am on the 01/04 has already been. So, let me confirm what you are saying... At midnight on the last day of the month, the peak time kicks in until 2am, then we switch over to off-peak for 12 hours until 2pm, then back to peak again for the remaining 10 hours of the day. Correct? If ...

Exetel predicting my future usage?!?

Hi, Today is the start of a new month, so I logged on to check my invoice at 10am. Whilst on the summary 'home' screen I noticed that I have used 3% of my quota when my PC has been switched off since before midnight last night. On further inspection, I have supposedly used quota for this morning (of...

Re: Another Price Increase - AFTER the Whirlpool voting finished

Hi, So, Exetel will you waive the $10 change of plan fee if I change to a plan which makes you money? What a complete disappointing response. If I wanted to change plans, I would have done so on my own doings....not being forced to choose one at $10, or suffer another increase in monthly fees. You ...

Another Price Increase - AFTER the Whirlpool voting finished

Hi, I know there are some threads (check out whirlpool) already discussing the email that most of us received last night about the $5 price increase, just a month after the 10c charge was introduced on VOIP calls. Oh, and a couple of months after ISP voting for the year has been exercised...I might ...

HSPA Usage Meter - Not Working

The Exetel HSPA usage meter provided in the member online is not returning any results. When I enter a date range (which I know I did use the HSPA service) it returns no results....if that's the case, why was I billed for usage during this period ;-) ? It also doesn't have 2010 as a year option in t...
